My Experience
My experience at Warner Bros spans 12+ years. 5 of those years are in theatrical marketing. I used my graphic design background to assist with the reformatting and creation of marketing materials. I worked on both print and digital materials for all theatrical marketing campaigns. Over the past 5 years my experience can be broken up into 2 sections. Creative Services and Creative Advertising. The Creative Services team acts as the Production arm of the Creative Department. Servicing the art for all other Cross Functional departments and stakeholders. The team was responsible for building various specs for marketing materials and ensuring cross-functional departments and stakeholders had various assets on time. The Creative Advertising section is the Creative Team. They service the look and feel of the campaign for theatrical marketing. My most recent role is to manage the Creative Campaign under the Creative EVP.

Creative Services
Responsibilities
Tracking legal documents for proper clearances of art.
Finish key art with outside agency at the discretion of the Creative Exec.
Reformat art for other various campaign needs (social/media/ out of home/ publicity/ exhibitors).
Track stakeholder deadlines and ensure campaign assets are delivered on time.
Use Adobe Creative Suite to reformat art myself or handle the art direction with an outside agency.
Offer art direction and layout builds to other departments if there is no budget to do with an agency.
Use photoshop to layout new asset formats or make key art revisions.
Ensure revised templates and processes are provided to the Creative team and Cross-functional teams.
Creative Advertising
Responsibilities
Manage Creative Campaigns (print, digital, AC) under direction of Creative EVP.
Manage key art print through complete process: comp, revisions, final finish.
Assist Cross-functional teams with additional campaign materials.
Track stakeholder deadlines and ensure campaign assets are delivered on time.
Use Adobe Creative Suite to reformat art or comp up layouts as a guide for other departments.
Ensure AV materials are cleared by legal and music.
Offer art direction and layout builds to other departments if there is no budget to do with an agency.
Track likeness approvals for talent.
Track creative campaign budget and process PORs.
